Junior Blues
|
Members of this squad have successfully completed the Learn to Swim and now have advanced to Squad Level. Coached by Rebecca Stokes

Intermediate Blues
|
This squad provides a challenging swimming environment focusing on fitness and technique with a performance outcome.
These swimmers have advanced from Junior Blues. At this stage the swimmers will be encouraged to attend 3 training sessions a week and the more advanced swimmers will be invited to take upi weight and strength training on Tuesday and Thursday morning and Saturday cross training. They will also have sessions of dry land training. Coached by Luke Neuwert.

Senior Blues
|
The Senior Blues is Guildford Blues Swimming Club's senior swimming squad.
This is the advanced level of swimming where swimmers are encouraged to attend anywhere between 5 - 8 sessions per week. Swimmers are introduced to more dry land work, working on core strength and stability.Under the immediate supervision of the Head Coach, this squad trains and competes in summer and winter seasons.
Members of the squad have represented at national level and some are members of the Western Australia Swimming development squads. Coached by Lisa Ranelli

Swimmers need their own goggles, water bottle and fins or flippers (half size preferred).
Swimmers are encouraged to have their own kit, however, kick boards, hand paddles and pull buoys are available.
